I. Meeting was called to order by Neil Duval. Nine state members were present. No other State Executive Board Members were present.
II. Treasurer’s Report:

3. Investments $16,375.67 (+237.30 for the year)
III. Secretary’s Report:

b. Neil opened the floor for discussion. No discussion or objections presented.
c. Jamie Boudreau motioned to accept the minutes, seconded by Scott Roy. Minutes were accepted.
IV. Committee Updates:
a. Licensure:
i. Neil read penalties for practicing without a license and knowledge of someone practicing without a license.
ii.
The January 27th open-hearing in
iii. The 500 Rules (Ethics) are being presented sometime in late May early June.
iv. The state governing board has a new website. www.nh.gov/alliedhealth Membership is encouraged to visit and review this site. This site has the possibility of online licensure renewal in the future.

c. Secondary Schools:

ii. Sean is working with the District I representative on a few projects.
iii. SSATC will have a power point presentation project revealed in Indy that targets various audiences:

a. We have received a few nominations for the New Hampshire Most Distinguished Athletic trainer Award. Membership is encouraged to nominate as many individuals as possible.

I. NATA Convention is June 12-16
II. Tri-State dissolved. NH & VT looking into continuing a relationship in the future.

IV. BOC Exam changes:
a. Certification exam will transition to computer based exam beginning in early Spring of 2006. Go to www.bocatc.org to review article put out by the BOC.
V. NH Games:

b. Membership is encouraged to visit www.nhgames.com/ They need medical volunteers. This is a great way to promote the field of athletic training. All are encouraged to get involved if possible.
