Three people	17,000	17,001 - 30,600
Four people	21,200	21,200 - 38,160
Five and more	Add 6,500 per person

Repair services are available for people making less than the following table.  Labor is donated by volunteers.  Materials are sold on a sliding scale according to income.  Depending on the size of the project and household income, materials cost $0 to $100.
